DESCRIPTION:Governors Days is one of the grandest summer festivals in the Des Moines\, Iowa metropolitan area. Held entirely within the Governors District\, in the heart of Grimes\, Iowa\, this premier summer event incorporates all the ingredients for an exciting family friendly event.\n\n \n\nJoin us for the 18th Annual 5K and Fun Run! Dressing to match the theme "Decades" is encouraged for the 5K/Fun Run! \n\n\n\nPacket pick-up will be from 7-5:30 PM on Thursday\, June 10th and 7 AM-6 PM Friday\, June 11th at Athletico Physical Therapy.  Race day packet pick-up and registration will start at 6:00 AM in the ADESA parking lot (1800 SE Gateway Drive) on June 12th.  The 5K will start at 7:00 AM with the Fun Run beginning at approximately 7:45 AM.
