SUMMARY:Grimes Leadership Academy Session 8: Regional Collaboration
DESCRIPTION:Central Iowa is one of the most vibrant areas in the entire Midwest. Part of the reason for this success is that the business community and local governments concluded decades ago that there is value in collaborating on not just major regional initiatives\, but the day-to-day work as well. This day will highlight examples of regional collaboration happening in and around the Des Moines metropolitan area. It will also focus on how some of these partnerships exist specific to the community of Grimes.
