A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 2nd, 2016 celebrating the completion of the first home in the new Heritage at Grimes Development, which was constructed by Genesis Homes.
Everyone is invited to participate in this celebratory event. Event hosts plan to provide light appetizers and refreshments.

Location
The event will take place at 309 NE 14th Court in Grimes, Iowa. From the Grimes water towers, head north on N James Street 14 blocks, then take a right onto NE 14th Court. The home is at the east end of the cul de sac.
