Meet your Speakers:

Anna Campos is a fearless community leader, school board member, and founder of Simply Loved, dedicated to empowering young women to feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are.
She doesn’t just talk about change, she advocate for it. In Des Moines, Anna has been a fight for safer streets for all pedestrians, helping drive efforts to lower speed limits in school zones, expand school zones, and push for infrastructure that protects students and families.
As a mother and leader, she shows up authentically and unapologetically, believing that being “Uniquely Her” means owning your story, using your voice, and having the courage to create change.

I am a Corrections Recovery Program Coordinator with Full Circle Recovery, where I support individuals both inside correctional facilities and in the community, meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they define recovery for themselves. My path into this work is personal—I know what it’s like to rebuild, face the past, and create stability while learning to move forward with intention. Today, I’m passionate about helping people see their potential and believe that real change happens through connection, honesty, and understanding that recovery is not one-size-fits-all.
