Meet your Speakers:
Anna Campos

Anna Campos is a fearless community leader, school board member, and founder of Simply Loved, dedicated to empowering young women to feel seen, supported, and confident in who they are.
She doesn’t just talk about change, she advocate for it. In Des Moines, Anna has been a fight for safer streets for all pedestrians, helping drive efforts to lower speed limits in school zones, expand school zones, and push for infrastructure that protects students and families.
As a mother and leader, she shows up authentically and unapologetically, believing that being “Uniquely Her” means owning your story, using your voice, and having the courage to create change.
Cyan Bossou

Cyan Bossou is the Investor & Events Coordinator for Greater Ottumwa Partners in Progress, where she leads community-focused initiatives that support local businesses, strengthen partnerships, and drive economic vitality across Southeast Iowa. With a background in communications and event strategy, Cyan works to create programs and experiences that foster connection, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth within the Ottumwa community. She is also the founder of Black Orchid Botanique, a wellness brand rooted in her Belizean heritage that offers herbal products inspired by traditional, earth-based healing practices. Through both her professional and entrepreneurial work, Cyan is passionate about empowering individuals, supporting small businesses, and cultivating opportunities for long-term community impact.
