Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
What you will do:
- Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email regarding product details, pricing, order status, shipping
- Prepare and process orders utilizing SAP
- Coordinate communications between customers and operations
- Run and/or process department reports
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
What you will need to be successful:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
- Ability to provide a high level of customer support and build relationships with returning customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be adaptable and highly motivated
