Our Ames client is seeking a temporary Receptionist to assist customers with questions and appointment scheduling in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous office experience and great customer service are encouraged to apply!
Work model:
- On-Site
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- Answer phone calls and provide general information
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with entering data from the ticketing system
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
