Their growth has resulted in acquiring several specialty manufacturers, including a production facility in the Fort Dodge area. This thriving organization is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist who will be fully responsible for everything Human Resources at this location. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for all strategy and execution through partnering with the Vice President.

- Oversee employee relations
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary action and corrective action
- Manage worker's compensation, FMLA, and other benefit-related items
- Identify training gaps and maintain compliance with OSHA and other necessary training needs
- Understand hiring needs and processes, streamlining and identifying new channels as necessary
- Ensure consistent efforts among team members
- Manage HRIS system
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment is preferred
