This role also involves maintaining existing clients while increasing their customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, developing customer service procedures, informing internal team members of relevant information, and recommending different solutions and services to clients.

What you will do:
- Ensure clients are satisfied with our services and address any issues promptly
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback
- Keep track of project deliverables and ensure they are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction
- Assist clients with videography and animation, copywriting, SEO, newsletters, website reviews, traditional marketing and branding, sales processes, and more
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Act as the point of contact for resolving any client issues or concern
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person meetings or video/conference calls to outline their goals
- Collaborating with the leadership team to inform proposals.

- Inspiring repeat business from clients through relationship-building

What you will need to be successful:
- 3-5 years of marketing agency experience is required
- Proficient in the use of iOS and Mac products
- Ability to write concisely and with correct grammar
- Positive attitude and a self-starter
- Use sound judgment and work with integrity
- Works independently and quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly change from one project to another
- Adeptness with learning new apps and software
- Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
