Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC commissioning projects, from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines
- Read and understand detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Perform on-site inspections and testing to verify system performance and troubleshoot/diagnose issues
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, water and mechanical systems, equipment, and controls
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
