Palmer Group is working with a global insurance company looking to add a Senior Marketing Specialist to their team. In this role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Manage moderately complex projects or components of larger projects to achieve business outcomes, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery
  • Establish and manage an appropriate project governance structure
  • Oversee all project stakeholders and team members, including task management, workload distribution, and deadline adherence
  • Interact and communicate effectively with internal Insurance Advisors, project teams, third-party providers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure a comprehensive scope document is in place at the project's outset, continuously reviewing and adjusting it as the project progresses
  • Develop benefit guides, postcards, posters, and presentations for open enrollment
  • Actively manage all project risks and issues, sharing lessons learned with colleagues and implementing recommended improvements
  • Collaborate with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project
  • Provide accurate and timely cost estimates for project work, alongside regular reporting on project fees and discussions on any fee issues
  • Interact and communicate effectively with internal Insurance Advisors, project teams, third-party providers, and other stakeholders
  • Offer technical support and input to the manager on project proposals of average to high complexity
  • Collaborate with human resources organizations to assist in creating and distributing employee benefit marketing materials
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Project Manager role is preferred 
  • Experience using Wrike project management software is preferred 
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work on and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously 
  • Must be a team player
